About the CTRN

Incorporated in 2012, the Calgary Total Rewards Network is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based entity. A group of Calgary-based Total Rewards professionals formed the CTRN association to facilitate community development, better understand issues our community faces pertaining to total rewards and provide a consistent local networking forum to get to better know our colleagues in this specialized field. We invite professionals in all stages of their careers to join.

The concept for this association is to establish a “high touch” format where professionals have access to their colleagues in the field so that relevant matters facing our community can be addressed.

Our mission is to continually advance all aspects of Total Rewards with our members by:

• promoting interaction,
• supporting professional growth, and
• sharing Total Rewards best practices with the HR community across Western Canada

Our vision is to build a supportive Total Rewards community that engages, empowers, and connects our members.  We are a recognized and valuable resource for all things Total Rewards.
