As part of this year's AGM, the board will be seeking member approval of updated by-laws. This update reflects hygiene and governance-related changes following a comprehensive review initiated last year. These updates are part of our commitment to good governance and are the first major revisions since our inception over 12 years ago.
We will be sending additional supplemental AGM materials out before the event. If you would like to add something to the AGM agenda, or have any questions, please click on the Contact Us link below and send us a note by Thursday, June 6th.
Should something out of the ordinary take place where we need to follow-up from the AGM, we will hold a special meeting before the end of July.
