ESG in Incentives: Selecting Measures, Establishing Targets, Assessing Performance, and Everything In Between

As ESG measures in incentive programs moves from a “hot topic” to a more normal course item in the discussion of compensation design, management teams and Boards continued to face the range of challenges associated with incentive design.  Hugessen and KPMG will be discussing recent experiences working with clients and exploring the opportunities and challenges/risks of incorporating ESG related metrics into incentive design, and the considerations/potential implications of Bill C-59.  Join Hugessen and KPMG to gain a broad perspective on the on-going evolution of ESG topics in executive compensation, and explore leading practices on how to incorporate ESG related metrics into incentive design in light of the new regulations.
