He has 25 years sales compensation consulting experience in broadcast, print media, telecommunications, information, and communications technologies (ICT), and retail, manufacturing, and financial services. He has held management positions at Ford, BNS, Price Waterhouse and Hewitt Associates.
David’s clients include Bell Canada, Morneau Shepell, Riverside Natural Foods, Aviva, Rogers Communications, MeadWestvaco, Manulife, Canada Post, BMO, CBC, and SaskTel. David works with clients in strategy, process optimization, performance management, target setting, sales compensation and organization design.
David has written numerous articles and is a sought-after speaker in sales organization effectiveness.
