"Board Ready Materials—Preparing Clear and Concise Materials for your Compensation Committee"
Compensation Committees are under pressure from all sides and the time commitment continues to increase. The pressure is on Human Resources leaders to shorten materials while providing more information. This session will focus on providing materials that give your Compensation Committee the information they need to make decisions, in formats that they will find easy to review. We will provide specific examples of pictures that are worth a thousand words and concrete approaches to providing materials that your Compensation Committee will love!
